The Greater Sydney Area Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (GSA-HEMS) is a pre-hospital and retrieval medicine service serving critically ill and injured patients in New South Wales, Australia.
Our physicians work with paramedics and flight nurses on helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, and road ambulances and undertake over 3000 missions per year from our bases in Sydney, Wollongong, and Orange.
