We use a virtual learning environment to provide online training to our clinical staff in order to provide a ‘flipped classroom’ approach. This allows us to maximise the practical utility of our face-to-face training which is mainly dedicated to workshops and simulation.
Our e-learning content is very service-specific and it is designed to complement our face-to-face training rather than be used in isolation.
There is an additional administrative workload on our service for each new participant.
For these reasons we cannot offer access to external parties at this time.
